Russell W. Roe, BSEE-Georgia TechRussell
began his career with PC Design in Atlanta, GA before accepting
a position with M&M/Mars in Albany. He later partnered
in a small integration firm and offered contract engineering
to Procter & Gamble. Since starting up the company in
1992, he has served as senior controls engineer.
Gay, MSEE-Georgia Tech
Chris accepted a position with Procter & Gamble after
completing his post-graduate studies. He would later go on
to partner in a major sporting goods manufacturer before joining
the company as a controls Engineer in 1993.
Bill worked with a contract engineering company, providing
drafting & design services to several Procter & Gamble
facilities before joining ICA in 1996.
Hare, BSME, Auburn University
Brian is the latest addition to the ICA family, joining us
in 2003, after working with other engineering companies and
previously as a product support engineer for Columbus Foundry.

Melinda joined ICA in 1997, bringing with her a wide variety
of experience in both industrial and commercial electrical
construction. Melinda heads up ICA’s panel fabrication

Joan Overman, BSEE, Vanderbilt University
Joan began her career working for International Paper Company as a design engineer and later maintenance planner. After moving to Georgia, she worked for Lynch Systems as a systems integrator. Joan joined ICA in October 2010.
